Subject Teacher in Art and Social Studies at Fröviskolan 7–9
Fröviskolan 7–9 is a small, family-oriented upper secondary school with approximately 240 students, located in Frövi – just 15 minutes from Örebro by train. Here, students from Frövi, Fellingsbro, and Vedevåg meet in a safe environment where relationships, closeness, and engagement are at the center.
We are a school with a strong student focus and are currently working on a change initiative together with the Swedish National Agency for Education to become even better. Our student health team, together with a social pedagogue, career counselor, and school library, strives to create good conditions for both learning and well-being. At the same time, we offer a workplace with engaged colleagues, present leadership, and close collaboration within work teams.

Responsibilities
You will work as a subject teacher in Art and Social Studies. Your responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues and communicating with students, parents, and other authorities. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in a multi-year development project (Targeted Measures) aimed at improving teaching and increasing student goal achievement.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a certified primary school teacher for grades 7–9 with qualifications in Art and Social Studies.
- Practical experience in the teaching profession is an asset.
As a person, you are flexible and accustomed to planning your work independently. You are solution-oriented and have a good ability to view situations from a holistic perspective. You are clear, confident, creative, and have the ability to inspire our students. You enjoy collaborating in a team and sharing your experiences for collegial learning that contributes to development at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Together with your colleagues, you work to create a safe, structured, developmental, and stimulating learning environment for the students.
